    Hi, I'm Katie!

    I’m a Registered Dietitian, college nutrition professor and mom of seven who specializes in infant feeding and baby-led weaning. Like many of you, I struggled with spoon-feeding my oldest until I discovered baby-led weaning - a natural, hands-on approach that lets your baby build a foundational love of food.

    Starting solid foods can be stressful, but I’ll help you cut through the noise with a proven strategy for helping your baby master baby-led weaning.

    Is this an expiring program or can I use it for my future babies?

    Think of this as a lifetime investment in your family’s mealtime sanity.  You have permanent access to the program, meaning I will be your expert guide for this baby and your future babies; the program does not expire. 

    I am constantly updating the safety guidelines and research so you never have to guess or stress about what is safe. Sure you could do this on your own, but because I give you the exact plan and sequence of new foods and textures plus the order of recipes and the grocery list, you can prep your baby’s entire week of food in less than an hour on the weekend.

    I don’t know how to cook. I hate it. Like, can I really make over 100 foods for my baby?

    You don’t need to be a chef, you just need a plan. The hardest part of feeding a baby isn’t the actual cooking; it’s the mental exhaustion of deciding "...what food do I offer next?" and the panic of "...am I making this the right way so they don’t choke?"

    If you think about it…you have to cook for this small person for the next 17 ½ years of their life. We know it is definitely worth it to put in the hard work now, and reap the benefits of a child who loves all sorts of food down the road.     I’m terrified of choking. Can’t I just keep doing purees?

    It is completely normal to be terrified…it means you are a protective parent. But here is the hard truth: keeping your baby on purees indefinitely doesn't protect them; it actually delays the critical chewing skills they need to eat safely later on. Research actually shows that babies who aren't exposed to finger foods early are at higher risk of choking because they never learn how to manage textures.

    The solution isn't avoiding real food; it is learning how to prepare it correctly. This program transforms your fear into competence. Instead of guessing, you get a specific video for every single food showing you exactly how to modify the shape and size to reduce choking risk. I take the "scary" out of the equation so you can stop holding your breath and start watching your baby build the skills to be a safe eater for life.

    My doctor isn’t really keen on baby-led weaning but I want to try it. What should I do?

    It’s okay to love your doctor but disagree on feeding approaches. Remember, most physicians receive very little training in specific infant nutrition... which is where I step in. Inside the program, I give you actual scripts to help you confidently advocate for your baby’s ability to self-feed, whether you're talking to a pediatrician or a skeptical grandparent.

    But I don’t just give you a login and send you on your way. You also get a community of parents cheering you on. Because let’s be real: an algorithm can give you a recipe, but it can't hold your hand if you're worried about your baby having an allergic reaction to egg. That requires a real human expert in your corner, and that is the peace of mind you get here.

    There are free resources out there about baby-led weaning, can’t I use those?

    You absolutely can, but proceed with caution. We live in an era of information overload where you can get a recipe from AI in seconds... but a bot lacks the safety filter to tell you if that texture is actually safe for your baby. Sorry but the algorithm doesn't understand the nuance of how to cut food differently for a 10 month old who has only ever had purees vs. a 7 month old who is on their 20th finger food.

    That is the difference between "content" and coaching. This program doesn't just give you a list of foods; it gives you a human expert (me) guiding you on how to prepare them safely for every age and stage.     My baby is 8 months old, is it too late to switch to baby-led weaning?
